- Stems Lease – $199. WAV + MP3 + the separated stems (emailed within 48 hours). 500,000 copies, 10,000,000 streams, unlimited videos and radio.

What the $99 WAV lease includes

What “non-exclusive” means
A non-exclusive lease means other artists can license the same beat. That is why it costs $99 instead of thousands. For most independent artists releasing singles and mixtapes it is the right choice: you keep your budget for mixing, mastering and promotion, and you own your vocals and your song.

Who makes the beats
Every instrumental on this site was produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by Asaf Fulks at The OC Recording Company in Orange County, California. Asaf is a Grammy-credited producer and engineer with Netflix placements and Gold Records, and Hiphopbeatz.com has been selling beats since 2005. These are not loop-pack beats; they are finished, radio-ready productions.
